Setting of tasks:

By increased loss of the outdated control it came repeatedly to loss of production. Change of the control on the newest state of the art in as short a time as possible.

  • Planning and weakpoint analysis

  • Project engineering and planning of the change

  • Control test of the program and hardware in the apron

  • Change and start-up of the control locally at the customer in 3 days

  • Production company in the start-up phase

 

Tasks for the change:

  • Change in as short a period as possible, (loss of production times reduce)

  • Begin a control with a high spreading degree, (purchase of spare parts)

  • Highly reliable control, matured technology, (life span of the control)

  • Program extension for future ones new profiles and tools, (expandable)

  • Integration for Teleservice, plant support over modem (faster response times)

  • Control expiration leave as alike as possible, (shorter training of the operator)

  • Programming for later visualization train

  • Programming for interior and external profiles

  • Concatenated window production plant with centers a control S5 130W

  • 1. Slot unit with buzz saw, 6-fach stroke slot spindle, countering wood 6-fach, delivery unit and carriage

  • 2. Forming unit with 3 profile spindle, 1 groove aggregate from down, delivery unit

  • 3. Electronically steered length notice

  • 4. Slot unit with buzz saw, 6-fach stroke slot spindle, countering wood 6-fach, delivery unit and carriage

  • 5. Cross transport unit with transfer station

  • 6. Forming unit with 1 profile spindle and 1 glass border saw
